Terms and Conditions

By submitting the reservation form, the participant automatically accepts the terms and conditions.

 1. HOUSE RULES

 1. Respect for each individual, regardless of their religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender, or development, is a key value. We respect all participants and expect them to behave respectfully toward each other and all service providers facilitating this trip.

 2. We carefully select the boat to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for participants during the trip. Participants should treat the boat, crew, the Red Sea, and the underwater world with seriousness and respect.

 3. The participant must act reasonably and follow all instructions from the guides on the ship and other travel service providers.

 4. If the participant fails to follow the instructions or causes disruptions, we have the right to prevent them from continuing the trip, either partially or entirely. The participant is not entitled to a refund. Any additional costs incurred as a result are at the participant’s expense. A warning will be issued to the participant before being excluded from the trip, except if circumstances do not allow for a warning.

 5. The participant is responsible for any damage caused by their behavior or any damage attributable to them.

 6. Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the boat for safety reasons.

 7. There is no mobile signal at sea (but an emergency contact number is available).

 8. Swimming or sunbathing without clothing (topless) is prohibited by law in Egypt.

 9. The trip is intended for leisure purposes and not as a substitute for medically necessary treatments or therapies.

 10. During the trip, videos or photos may be taken, which can be used for promotional purposes, such as on our website and social media. By accepting these terms, the participant agrees to the use of these recordings.

 11. Participants are allowed to record videos, films, or audio recordings during the trip and are welcome to share them on social media.

 12. Participants will be required to sign a health document on the boat, ensuring they provide the necessary information to allow us to act in a manner that is considerate and avoids potential complications or deterioration of their health.

  TRAVEL

 1. The participant must have the necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa, during the trip. Before making a reservation, the participant must check if they have enough time to obtain the required documents. If the participant cannot complete the trip due to a lack of appropriate documents, the costs are borne by the participant. The participant must send their passport copy no later than 4 weeks before departure to info@ss-inspirations.com..

 2. The participant must arrange their own flight to the destination. We will recommend an agency through which this can be done and suggest that the participant also purchase cancellation insurance. We also recommend buying the flight ticket only after we confirm that the trip will take place—i.e., once at least 12 participants have registered. We are not responsible for purchasing flight tickets prematurely or for not having cancellation insurance coverage.

 3. The offered trip includes only the services and accommodations described on the website. The listed trip duration is in full days, with both the departure and arrival days considered full days.

 4. We will notify the participant of any changes to the travel program if they occur.

 5. The price of the trip is based on a shared cabin, which the participant will share with another traveler, either male or female. The cabin includes two single beds, two wardrobes, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

 6. We require the participant to take out travel insurance. We will recommend an agency through which this can be done. Participation is not possible without insurance. The participant must send their travel insurance details no later than 4 weeks before departure to info@ss-inspirations.com..

 7. No later than 4 weeks before departure, the participant must send a copy of their passport and flight details (flight number, arrival place, and time) to info@ss-inspirations.com.

 3. PAYMENT / RESERVATION

 1. All prices are quoted per person, unless otherwise specified.

2. Standard Price & Payment Plan

The regular price is 2200€ per person, payable in two installments:

700€ non-refundable deposit, due within one week of submitting the reservation

1500€, payable in cash directly on the boat

Early Bird Offer:

The Early Bird price is 1600€ per person, with a non-refundable deposit of  700€ - check the dates on the website directly.

The remaining balance is payable directly on the boat.

3. The first installment is considered a deposit and is non-refundable.

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

4. A reservation is considered final only after the deposit has been received.

Once payment is made, please send proof of the transaction to info@ss-inspirations.com.

5. Optional Cabin Upgrades

Private cabin: 800€ extra (must be requested in the application)

Upper cabin bed: 200€ extra (must be requested in the application)

 4. CANCELLATION / CHANGES

 1. The participant can cancel the reservation before the trip begins. Cancellation must be in writing.

 2. If the participant cancels the trip, they must pay the following amounts:

  700€ is a non-refundable deposit in any case.

(Except if we cancel the trip. **We emphasize that the trip will be confirmed once at least 12 people are registered.)

 3. If the participant cancels, a replacement participant is possible. The participant can transfer the reservation to another person of their choice. If the trip is already full, it will be checked, in agreement, if it’s possible to transfer the participation to the waiting list. The details of the replacement participant must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the start of the trip. In case of a replacement, the amount already paid will be refunded minus a 100 EUR change administration fee.

 4. We have the right to cancel the trip if fewer than 12 people are registered or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as a pandemic. In this case, participants will receive a full 100% refund of the paid amount.
